Easy(ish) ordering process (although felt you had to hunt for some information on the website - ended up phoning customer services twice who were very helpful). Juices arrived on time and taste lovely.

My friend and I had ordered 3 day juice detox packages to arrive on the same day so we could do the detox together. Unfortunately her package did not arrive and this ruined it for us. The customer service team were very uninterested in our issue. The other aspect I didn't like is they sent millions of emails after the order was placed.

Ive only been doing the 5:2 intermittent fasting with nutriseed juices for 2 weeks but I can highly recommend it. Although its not cheap, nutriseed have really got the support sorted - I've had 2 x 1-2-1 phone calls with a Nutriseed ambassador who was really helpful explaining everything in more detail and managing my expectations, and there is a very supporting online community on facebook which I rely on quite heavily and I think you can do zoom chats with other members if you'd like which I haven't taken advantage of. The juices are on the whole delicious ... it may take you a week or two to figure out your favourites but that's half the fun. And finally the diet seems to be working! I'm perimenopausal and weight doesnt shift easily for me at all - but in 2 weeks I've lost 5lb! and I really have been eating normally on the other days! Give it a try.

Loved the offer on the total superfoods. I have been buying this product now for 12months . I love the taste in a smoothie, it keeps me full for hrs. I can recommend this product. It helps you to eat healthy and loose weight.

I joined the 5:2 club after viewing the marketing material and the great results people were having.
Unfortunately for me it didn’t work as expected, I appreciate these plans don’t work for everyone, what disappointed me most is when I voiced this on the support group and offered my remaining juices to anyone else I was removed from the group! Clearly only positive posts are allowed, not exactly transparent!

All easy to navigate with regards purchase and also easy to stop the delivery if you decide you need a break.
The flavours are varied and all the ones I chose were really tasty and tasted exactly as per their description

I mistakenly ordered the sweetened version of the nutriseed packets. I got in touch with nutriseed by email and I’m extremely impressed with how kindly they replaced the full order. Great committed company I have found so I’m very pleased.
